Founder bio
Sandeep Kumar Tiwari is the founder and CEO of Viaje Holidays Private Limited, incorporated in April 2026. He conceptualised and built Viaje to solve a fundamental trust problem in digital travel: the absence of identity verification that allows fake profiles, fraudulent bookings, and low-quality experiences to proliferate on anonymous platforms.
Viaje's core innovation is its government ID-verified user ecosystem — combining DigiLocker and HyperVerge technology to create a platform where every traveller, local guide, and travel partner is authenticated before they can transact. Paired with a proprietary AI itinerary planner and a zero-commission model for guides and partners, Viaje represents a structurally different approach to the online travel agency model.
Under Sandeep's leadership, Viaje has grown to serve 2.8 Crore+ verified users across 180+ countries and 14 languages — from a single registered office in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Viaje is DPIIT recognised, ISO 27001:2022 certified, and compliant with DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and multiple international data protection frameworks.
